1 Gabberwell Cottage is a charming, beautifully furnished, decorated and very comfortable end of terraced cottage. Situated on the edge of the picturesque and secluded village of Kingston. The cottage is just a mile from the River Erme’s beautiful wooded estuary where at low tide there are acres of golden sands at Wonwell. For enthusiastic walkers this is an outstanding area with miles of fantastic coastal paths directly accessible from the cottage. Less than five minutes walk to the Dolphin Inn pub in the centre of the village.
The beach at Wonwell is 1 mile. Sandy cove at Westcombe beach 1.5 miles by footpath. More fine sandy beaches and golf at Bigbury on Sea, Burgh Island and Bantham 4 miles. Excellent shop at St Ann's Chapel 1.5 miles. Modbury 3.5 miles.

Front door into Lounge with an attractive beamed sitting room with a feature stone inglenook fireplace inset with a woodburner. Two large comfortable sofas, a
40" flat screen TV with DVD and Hi Fi, plenty of books and games complete this lovely room. Door into kitchen/diner. The cottage style fitted kitchen is very well equipped with an electric hob and double oven, microwave, integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The kitchen extends into a delightful conservatory area with a pine table and chairs to seat 4. The back door leads to a beautiful decked patio and lawned garden offering views over the fields . In the evening solar lights make this area conducive to alfresco dining or sipping that chilled glass of wine. Stairs from the sitting room lead to two bedrooms. Master double bedroom with kingsize bed and furniture for hanging and storage. Small double bedroom with 4ft bed. Hanging storage is available in the hall way into the bedroom. Bathroom with bath, electric shower over, basin in vanity unit and WC. An extra toilet is situated on the ground floor adjacent to the back door.
Included: Duvets, pillows, bed linen (not towels), summer electricity and heating.

Terms of payment:
Security Deposit £250 payable to the owner upon initial booking together with the full rental cost plus any extra charges.
All bookings will be confirmed by email together with a copy of general information and booking conditions.
Advanced deposit of £250 will be refunded within 2 weeks of the departure date.
